Everything I have learnt to achieve my dreams and succeed in my challenges makes more sense if I can share it with other people".

In these years as a professional alpinist, I have been a member of and led more than 20 expeditions to the Himalayas. These expeditions have trained me as an alpinist, as a person and as a team leader.
In the talks I give what I have learnt, my values, my experiences, experiences in surroundings full of uncertainty and changes, like those of our present society.
Through different messages, I transmit the keys I have used to achieve success to great managers in different teams; the success of achieving a challenge in one’s personal and working life. The keys I have used to lead a team and achieve the success of climbing the 14 eight-thousanders on the planet.

Large projects are usually long, like our 14 eight-thousander project, which took 10 years to complete. How we faced and resolved the different changes that occurred, changes caused by the unknown surroundings, changing surroundings...

These and many others are the subjects I deal with in my talks, always well-studied and prepared with you, along with the leaders or the teams that are going to hear the talk. I work with them and after a short briefing we adapt to what most interests you.

On the way it has been a gift to get to know myself better. My coach, Angélica Del Carpio, has been a true rope companion; I am particularly pleased at having become aware of my own learning.
Now we form a tandem on the basis of our experience and vocation for people, which we make available for leaders and teams that wish to achieve extraordinary objectives, and beyond this, who have a commitment with themselves, who truly feel comfortable in their own skin.

We therefore organise one or two-day workshops in which, with my experience and Angélica’s experience as a coach, we help teams to work so that the people in the team feel committed and above all find what they need.

Sports Conferences

In these sports talks I transmit what these last 10 years have meant for me, what it was to achieve the 14 eight-thousanders, my experience in more than 20 expeditions to the Himalayas. I briefly summarise the different stages I have experienced in the mountains in this time.

These are talks aimed at the general public, and above all Mountain Clubs, Cultural Centres, Schools...
