In the conferences I have given to large companies and multinationals like ENDESA, MOVISTAR, NOVARTIS, DEUSTCHE BANK and ACCENTURE, among others, and sports organizations such as the INTERNATIONAL MOUNTAIN SUMMIT, I have told my experience and offered a personal analysis that can be applied to any activity that demands high performance and team management.
