During my conferences to companies I talk about my experiences in environments full of uncertainty and change, like those in our society. In this environment, the key is a desire to succeed, non-conformity, teamwork, perseverance and a passion to accomplish our goals successfully.

We work on the personal and professional performance of work teams through outdoor training activities.
The conferences are adapted to the audience and to the objectives established in advance. Depending on whether the audience are companies, executives, mountaineering professionals and/or sports enthusiasts, we deal with different topics so that the subject is different depending on the audience.
The keys to being a good leader, a leader who helps teams achieve their goals successfully.
Because all of life projects involve people full of feelings and emotions.
Because we have to be ready to take advantage of any opportunities that may present themselves.
Because big projects normally take a long time. Like my project to climb the 14 eight-thousanders, which needed 10 years to be completed.
